New Zealand DIY Off Grid Tiny House

Early this year Kiwi Brett Sutherland finished his 15 Square meter and completely off-grid tiny house. Brett has designed a simple practical and unique space for work and living.

On his return to NZ Brett was convinced he needed to reduce his living costs and lead a simple but big life. So he used his parents driveway in Hamilton to build a house for NZ$21,000. On completion he towed the house to Bethells Beach on the west coast of Auckland where he now lives.
