Terms, Conditions & Warranty

1 General

1.1 50% deposit is required before works start and the remaining 50% upon delivery/pickup or agreed completion of your trailer. All payments are due on the invoice date.

1.2 All goods remain the property of Wee Make Change till paid in full.

1.3 All sales are final

1.4 Any faults will be determined at the seller’s discretion.

1.5 Specifications outlined on website applicable to agreement of purchase

1.6 A fee of $10 per day will be charged for trailers exceeding 30 days after agreed pickup.

1.7 Two year parts and structural warranty.

2 Trailer

2.1 Trailers are rated to a gross vehicle mass (GVM) which includes the total weight of the trailer, house, accessories and cargo indicated on the trailer name badge. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the load is not more than this weight.

2.2 It is the client’s responsibility to ensure proper weight distribution when towing their trailer. Our drawbars are rated to 10% of the total trailer/load weight e.g. total weight of 3.5t equals 350kg on the vehicle tow bar.

2.3 It is the client’s responsibility to ensure rated weight is not exceeded and proper weight distribution during lifting of the trailer/load.

2.4 It’s the clients responsibility to ensure over dimension rules are followed.

2.5 Please advise if your design has any door openings larger than 2m wide as we may need to add extra bracing to accommodate this.

3 Subfloor

3.1 We can’t guarantee plywood from the very rare case of minor delamination, as its out of our control. Highly recommend to cover from weather.

4 Steel Framing

4.1 It is the client’s responsibility to ensure appropriate fixing and bracing of the steel framing. Refer to building code or NASH.

4.2 It is the client’s responsibility to ensure appropriate management of thermal bridging using steel framing.
